    I ordered this stuff not knowing what to expect and I was very happy with what I got. The flavor is savory and smooth, you certainly taste the habanero but it is not overly salty nor does it have an overpowering vinegar flavor as do many sauces. It does have ghost pepper powder but tastes like smooth habaneros in my opinion A word of warning on the heat, only eat a few drops at a time. I suspect it is actually hotter than 22,000 scoville units so enjoy with caution! This is one of those sauces where a bottle will last you a while. I am a chilihead who eats hot stuff daily and this one still makes me sweat.
