This hot sauce is delicious! It has an incredible clean flavor- not tongue numbing heat. I used to buy Sontava(made by Marie Sharp"s for Jardine foods); Jardine has now moved production to Columbia. That product can't compare to Marie Sharp's.

The smoothest, most flavorful hot sauce I've found anywhere in the world

We were given a small bottle as a gift and ended up using it on everything! That is why we ordered the 4 pack, so we could share one and be selfish with the rest!

Marie Sharp's is not available local to me in New Jersey so I have been using Jardines Sontavo which from what I understand was a Marie Sharp's knockoff. Jardines has changed their recipe and now it is garbage. So I ordered up some of the Marie Sharp's. Price was right with free shipping. Now for the taste test I still have some original Sontavo to taste against. Marie Sharp's is close in taste just a tad bit more vinegary and not quite as hot(which I don't mind) my son in law purchased some Fiery Hot Marie Sharp's and he says it was closer in heat and taste to the Sontavo we were used to.

This by far the best I've ever had. Went to Belize and we got hooked on this sauce. It gives a full habanero flavor without killing you with heat. They do have different heat levels depending on how hot you want, but my wife won't eat super hot so this works for us and we put it on everything.
