    This sauce is hot enough to remind you that you are alive, but mild enough that it doesn't require updating your will before you open the lid. As a result while most of Dave's sauces get occasional use in our household, the Temporary Insanity is on the table constantly and is our go-to for turning a mild dish into something a bit more lively.
