    For a person who can usually only handle Taco Bell mild sauce, this concoction helped me move up to the real level of hot sauce. The taste is not overpowering in heat and it has a very hearty flavor. The heat is just right for those on the edge of taking the next big leap.

    The Belizean heat is definitely hot but it still has that really good flavor too. Its not just pure vinegar with some pepper and heat but there's just something that makes it taste really good and different from other hot sauces. This is my favorite right now.
