This is the one of the most hottest sauces I've tried. I love this stuff!! Besides the heat, it has a very nice flavor! I've put it on everything from chicken and turkey to omelets, quesadillas, and burritos.

Don't get me wrong this sauce is very hot but I was expecting a little more. Mad Dog's 357 heat wise blows the doors off this sauce but doesn't taste nearly as good. This sauce is supposedly 800,000 Scoville units but to be it feels more in the ballpark of 250,000. For being Blair's highest rated heat I expected a little more. (minus the limited edition stuff) Taste 5/5, Heat 4/5

Extreme heat (I use it without dilution) and a very good flavor make this one of the best hot sauces on the market today. One of the few super hot sauces with an enjoyable flavor. Add a few drops of this stuff to alfredo sauce, it is absolutely incredible.

This sauce has an awesome flavor, and no heat, so my wife and kids are happy :-) They don't like the heat like I do, but they like good flavor. This sauce has all the requirements. You can add this to anything and it will complement! Blair's is moving up to the top of my list of great sauces. You can't go wrong with any of their sauces.

This is great stuff. I own a restaurant, and we sell wings. When someone orders extra hot, I add a few drops of this to our wing sauce and they love it every time. I personally am addicted to it too, and I will mix it with Tapatio usually, to eat a quesadilla, (or something of the like), and I love it. I seriously think Blair's is the best hot sauce company out there. Thank you Blair. This addict appreciates your work!

I was surprised at how hot this wasn't. Don't get me wrong, it is not for the meek, but not as extreme as I would have hoped for. As with most Blair's sauces, this stuff has some pretty good flavor. With the addition of the Buht Jolokia to the ingredient list on this one, I was expecting more, but was slightly disappointed. Were it not Blair's, I would most likely give it 5 out of 5, but being my favorite brand, I tend to give them a lot more scrutiny.

This stuff is definitely hot! You'll feel it in the back of your throat and in your chest for a good while...It's not as hot as I was hoping it would be, but for the price it doesn't disappoint to much...I question the accuracy of it's SHU rating...does not seem that hot...great flavor, thick, and will seriously spice up your food...
