The balance on this sauce is superb. It's not too much of this or too much of that. It makes you feel that you're eating a balanced diet with all your fruits & vegetables. It makes you feel "healthy", that is until the Devil called Mr. Scoville shows up. He then lightly chuckles at you, nodding his head down the road, before saying "there are other ones down there waiting for you". As you get a brief glimpse of "down the road" you see the Irazu 70 brothers doing the Unholy Trinity. You know you shouldn't go there, yet you probably will. For after all life is a trip down a road, & NJR is a fine sauce to start that journey with. P.S. :Good Sauce.

This is one of the best flavored sauces that I have tasted. Just enough heat to taste what your eating. Well done.

Had this all over the place at a crab pot boil with all the fixins ... good on everything from potatoes, shrimp, scallops and even slop your corn on the cob with it. Best if you chant GHOST - GHOST - GHOST while people are trying it for the first time to get the hyped up. Even though it is not painfully hot ... you will discover new sweat glands over your face as he sweat beads will form on your nose, cheeks and forehead. Another very flavorful sauce from Irazu.

I always lean toward sauces that skip the vinegar. This one uses lemon juice, and it brings out the Jolokia flavor very well. The heat is not over powering, so you can really enjoy the simple pepper flavor that this brings to the table.

I just tried this on my eggs. It has plenty of heat for sure. Also a nice flavor.
