All Melinda's products are great selling items.

As the label claims, this stuff is hot. So use it sparingly. Just like Melinda's milder offerings, this stuff is delicious. Has hints of fruit and veggies that form a wonderful flavor combo, not just hot for the sake of being hot. Good stuff that you can find in many regular grocery stores. I would definitely suggest this sauce if you like a da heat with flava!

It is my favorite hot but actually has flavor and not just spicy.

Not sure why folks find this sauce bitter, confused about that. This is one of my favorites, made with Papaya, carrots, and onion, you get all the tropical sweetness up front...than BOOM.. the heat hits you after the tropical flavors. You can't go wrong with the sauce!

A little bitter on the front end but not too bad. Nice heat that lasts for a few minutes. I found it to be good on steak.....

This is a VERY hot sauce, but not as hot as some I've tasted. Flavor is great as it doesn't use extracts to develop the heat level. Next morning will have you saying "come on ice cream". Overall, IMO, a great hot sauce that won't let you down.

It is not as hot as some of the other Ghost pepper sauces but it has a decent flavor which some of the others do not. I have been putting a few drops on each bite of food and it never gets to be too overwhelming. The previous reviewer is right, it can be a bit bitter but I like it.

Whew! This is very hot sauce. It has a bitter taste, so I would cut it with something to tone down the bitter taste. It doesn't last long before the heat starts melting your fillings, but it gives anything you put it in a bitey flavor. It gives you the heat it advertises, so you get your moneys worth, but there are other sauces that are as hot without the sharp taste.
