Medium might be a bit of a stretch in this product's description, but the flavor makes up for any shortcomings there. This somewhat sweet-tangy mixture is good on a variety of things, particularly Asian cuisine. The flavor is great, and it will stand out in your dish (in a good way). I keep this stuff around for when i want a bit of a flavor kick, but am not in the mood for a tongue lashing.
