    I still love how this hot sauce tastes but need to note that the sodium content has doubled to 20 mg. per teaspoon. Too bad, since the extra sodium doesn't make it taste any better and forces me to use less of it. In an ideal world they'd keep the sodium content at 10 mg. per teaspoon and sell this sauce by the gallon or half-gallon.

    This is a perfect sauce for those who want spice but not alot of heat,my girlfriend is scared to try the Habanero pepper sauces but i made her try this one and she loves it, puts it on almost everything she eats. Good taste and good flavor. ( not just for girls )
