So this hot sauce was born. Irazu Habanero XXX uses the same ingredients as its milder namesake, but changes the ratio to include even more Naga Jolokia peppers, increasing the heat to blistering levels.

Ingredients: Water, Habanero And Naga Jolokia Chili Peppers, Carrot, Sugarcane Vinegar, Salt, Onion, Lime, Acetic And Citric Acids (Acidity Regulators), Garlic, Ascorbic Acid, Xanthan Gum (Thickener)

    Great overall hot sauce that goes good on anything! Has a nice little burn but not too much. Like the all natural flavor. Will get this one again!

    Excellent flavor without the extreme heat. It does have a slightly sweet flavor and excellent habanero taste. Only modestly hot so you can really poor it on when your dish demands more flavor without adding much heat. Reach for this when you want flavor. Reach for something else if you want to add extreme heat.

    It has some heat but it's not over the top but the flavor is! This is a must try and we will be keeping it around our household.
