    Excellent, the carrot infusion makes for an interesting taste, very tasty, good with swiss cheese on Triscuits, good on any meat with tortillas

    You went to Belize, tried Marie Sharp's hot sauce, and here you are. this site has the best price I've found stateside... it's not too spicy, and it has a real depth of flavor I haven't found anywhere else... it's extremely versatile and I have yet to find someone who doesn't love it. In a perfect world this would be somewhere in-between the mild and hot variety, but there's nothing stopping you from buy a couple bottles of each and mixing them.
