    We bought this in North Carolina at a place because we liked the bottle, and the owner said it was pretty tasty. Got back to our cabin in Black Mountain, cooked up some ribs, and dayum! It's really good! the 3/10 on the hot scale is about right, and really nice for someone who likes a bit of kick, but not enough to overpower the food with burning mouth. My wife and I really like this sauce a lot.
