My son discovered Marie Sharps hot sauces while studying in Belize. These sauces have great depth of flavor, are fresh tasting and have a pleasant heat that does not overwhelm. The Green Habanero is quite piquant, but very tasty.

I tried this at ZestFest and it was awesome! I was expecting it to be like a Jalapeno flavor because of the green but it wasn't, it was very different and not overly hot.
