BFP is a non-profit animal rescue and advocacy organization that rescues and rehomes animals used in experimental research and other dire situations. Leo was rescued from a testing laboratory by BFP in 2017 as part of the “Georgia on my Mind” rescue. Leo’s photo and story is featured right on the sauce label. $1.00 from each bottle of this sauce goes directly to the Beagle Freedom Project to help fund their efforts.
Leo’s Story: “Leo was rescued by Beagle Freedom Project from animal testing in 2017 as a part of the “Georgia on my Mind” rescue. He was adopted January 20th, 2018. He is a little firecracker of energy. He enjoys running at top speed, wrestling with his brother, and being held on your hip like a baby. He is the center of attention at all times, loves wearing costumes and modeling for the camera, and loves every single living being he’s ever met. He is a shining example of the resilience and forgiving spirit of beagles who have been so mistreated at the hands of humans.”
